Terry is a RI-based actor, director, and sound designer who has been active in local and regional theater since 1986. Terry recently directed WBCT's 2022 production, The Great American Trailer Park Musical. As an actor, he recently appeared with The Players of Pawtucket Community Theater in It's Only A Play as well as the Richard Griffin film, Disorienting Dick. Award-winning roles include Judge Turpin in CTC's Sweeney Todd (2015) and Sidney Bruhl in Barker Playhouse's Deathtrap (2018). Other Directing credits include Richard III with Counter-Productions (2015) and André Gregory's Alice in Wonderland (Epic - 2013). Terry is founding member and the current serving President of West Bay Community Theater and is excited about the company's future home in Wickford.
Alex Tirrell is a Rhode Island-based music director, pianist, vocalist, and keyboard programmer (Kurzweil & Apple MainStage) working in the Southern New England area for over 20 years. A graduate of Rhode Island College (BA in Music – Voice & Piano, 2011), Alex is the Resident Music Director at the Stadium Theatre Performing Arts Centre and Conservatory in Woonsocket, RI and a staff programmer for Stage Sounds, LLC. Alex is happy to return to West Bay Community Theater after serving as music director for the concert production of Hair last summer, and is also happy to return to the ‘Kit Kat Club’ after music directing Cabaret for Footlights Repertory Company in 2013. Outside of theatre, Alex is a keyboardist and vocalist for the alt-pop/rock band Shryne, and is hoping to be releasing some solo music later this year.
Leslie Racine Vazquez has been dancing all her life and is excited to be choreographing Cabaret - In Concert. She has trained in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, modern, Middle Eastern belly dance, Hawaiian hula, and liturgical dance. Leslie has performed with and choreographed for professional dance companies throughout New England including Moving West Repertory Dance Theatre, Theatre Expansion, and Polynesian Fusion. Favorite musicals she has choreographed include Annie, 9 to 5, The Great American Trailer Park Musical, and The Sound of Music. She also enjoyed choreographing musical numbers in The Wizard of Oz, La Cage aux Folles, and Chicago
Sophie is thrilled to be working with West Bay Community Theater for the first time. Previous credits include: Rhode Island Youth Theatre's Fractured Fairytales (Director/Stage Manager), Emerson College's A Wrinkle in Time (Assistant Stage Manager), St. Rose of Lima's Frozen Jr. (Assistant Sound Technician), Rhode Island Youth Theatre's The Lion King Jr. (Assistant Sound Technician). She currently studies Theatre at Wesleyan University.
Zach is excited to continue working with WBCT, where he serves as a Board Member-at-Large. He can be found on stage as well as behind the scenes and his credits include acting, directing and design. He was, until recently, drama advisor at the Exeter West Greenwich Jr/Sr High School. When not working on a production somewhere, Zach can be found performing solo acoustic music.
Laura Ash has been crafting all kinds of gizmos and gadgets for local theaters for many, many, many years. You’ve seen her handiwork for WBCT in Villains Only and The Great American Trailer Park Musical.
Brooke is excited to be making their WBCT debut (and fulfilling a dream role) in Cabaret. Past favorite roles include: Oz in We Will Rock You (Norwood Theatre), Audrey (u/s) in Little Shop of Horrors (RISE), Heather McNamara in Heathers (20 Cent Fiction Productions), and The Baker’s Wife in Into the Woods (UMassD Theatre Company). Brooke currently resides in Providence, RI with their partner Connor, their cat Parsley, and many houseplants. When not onstage, Brooke is busy finishing up their Masters degree, performing in Renaissance faires across New England (come see them in CT this fall!), and planning their next Dungeons & Dragons session. They would like to thank the production team for this opportunity, the incredible cast for being so lovely, and their amazing partner for always supporting them.
Greg is thrilled to be part of this production. He has performed with several groups including Theatreworks, Turtle Lane Playhouse, New Bedford Festival Theatre and many others. His favorite roles include Javert in Les Miserables, Capt Von Trapp in The Sound of Music, and Albin/Zaza in La Cage Aux Folles.
Maggie is very excited to be a part of Cabaret at West Bay Community Theater. Recently, she worked with Academy Players of RI on Rent as Alexi Darling. She studied Theatre Performance at the Community College of Rhode Island, where she received her Associates Degree.
Jason is a local performer who is excited to be playing the role of Cliff in his first production with West Bay Community Theater. Some of his previous credits include: The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime, Newsies, Chicago, A Christmas Carol, and The Robber Bridegroom.
Alastair Hoffer is 18 and is excited to be performing in Cabaret! He has been in many shows in the past, including but not limited to: Serena in Legally Blonde, Nigel in Matilda, and Kim in Bye Bye Birdie. Alastair plans to major in geology and minor in Theatre.
Brad is thrilled to be joining the West Bay cast of Cabaret. Previously, he participated in the first WBCT production - Villains Only and he looks forward to more opportunities. Brad received his BFA in Acting and Directing from URI and an MFA in Acting from the New School for Drama (NYC)..
Kevin Koehler is a violinist/violist and tenor from Long Island, New York. He received his Bachelor of Music Education degree from the Crane School of Music in 2010 and Master of Music Performance degree from the University of Rhode Island in 2012. Since graduating, he has worked in the classroom teaching vocal and performance techniques, ensemble, general music, dance, and more from the elementary through college levels. As a violinist, Kevin has performed in numerous productions including Fiddler on the Roof, Chicago, Into the Woods, West Side Story, and Pippin all around the New England area. This is his return to the stage as an actor after 17 years.
This is Ron’s first performance with West Bay Community Theater and thrilled to be part of the local arts scene in southern New England. Originally from Pennsylvania, Ron received his bachelor’s degree in Music in 2010, concentrating in vocal performance. He has been involved in musical theater throughout his high school and college careers. Most recently, Ron has been co-directing the Pawtucket Community Chorus at the Zabinski Music Studio in downtown Pawtucket. When not performing, Ron works full time as a social worker and can be seen chasing after his two beautiful, rambunctious children.
Alaina Mueller is a Providence based actor, originally from Windsor, CT. She graduated from Western CT State University with her BFA in Musical Theatre in 2020. Favorite credits include Mary in Mary Poppins (College Light Opera Co.) and Madeleine True in The Wild Party (WCSU Mainstage). Alaina also works as a Voiceover Artist for a medical education company called Osmosis, and as a Standardized Patient Actor at several schools, including Brown University.
This is Moe’s first production with West Bay Community Theater and she would like to thank Terry for giving her the opportunity to play one of her favorite roles after many years. She just finished directing The Sound of Music at RISE in Woonsocket and is happy to be working with her dear friends Greg, Leslie, Alex, and Jannelle. Some favorite roles are Fonsia Dorsey - Gin Game; Kate - All My Sons; Sophie - Social Security; Fanny - Bermuda Avenue Triangle; Jessie - Calendar Girls; Golde - Fiddler on the Roof; Bloody Mary - South Pacific; Veta Louise - Harvey; Juanita - Come Back to the 5 & 10 Jimmy Dean…. She would like to thank all her family and friends for their support; her partner, John, for putting up with all her rehearsals and performance nights out; her daughter, Joyeux, for her love and encouragement; Sophie, for being such a great stage manager; and her wonderful cast.
Mary Paolino plays the world's oldest Kit Kat Girl. She last played this role before most of this production's Kit Kat Girls were born. Mary has numerous theatre, film, webseries, and commercial credits. She was a MOTIF nominee for Best Actress for her portrayal of Sr. Aloysius in "Doubt."
Noah is a 25 year old queer makeup artist and performer from Attleboro MA. Noah's thrilled to be returning to the stage with West Bay after performing with them for the first time in Hair last summer. Most recently Noah has appeared in Hair with West Bay as Margaret Mead, and La Cage Aux Folles with Stadium Theatre. The role of Emcee may be Noah's most exciting casting to date, as the role allows for a big part of self to be presented on the stage. Outside of theatre, Noah can be found on stage with the Boston Gay Men’s Chorus with whom Noah toured South Africa and had the opportunity to participate in their first Gay Pride parade. Noah would like to thank Alex Tirrell, Terry Shea, Sophie Brusini, and everyone else who made this production possible.
Bridgette Pressley is a lifetime theatre fanatic with a BA in Music and Psychology. This is her first production with West Bay Community Theater and first staged concert. She has recently gotten involved in local Rhode Island theatre and was last seen with the Academy Players in Fun Home (Joan) and Miscast Cabaret (Singer). Bridgette is excited to bring out her clarinet and dust off her dance shoes in this production. She is grateful to be a part of telling this gritty story about existing within shifting climates and hopes everyone experiences an emotional relatability.
Amelia is a founding member of West Bay Community Theater and the current serving Vice-President. This is her second production as a cast member with WBCT, the first being Villains Only in 2019. Cabaret is one of her favorite shows since childhood and she is so excited to finally get to be in it!!
This is Victoria's first production with West Bay Community Theater. She is an experienced musical theater performer who is thrilled to be a part of this talented ensemble.
